PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
When Sears Holdings (the #4 e-commerce site on the net) decided to revamp the look and feel of their retail sites they knew exactly who to call. The Zemoga team quickly moved from IA to the prototyping stage. In conjunction with the SEARS team, Zemoga developed a “liquid architecture” for the site that allowed the digital offering to automatically resize to fit the user’s screen. The result was a cleaner interface and expanded product offerings that improved speed of choice and ease of transition to new portions of the site. The ultimate goal is to increase conversion and basket size, something we try and achieve with any e-commerce client. The new SEARS.com is an outstanding example of successful e-commerce functionality based on insight, research and state of the art user experience design.
